Additional Terms and Conditions
Below you will find the sales and cancellation conditions, including information about the amount that may be charged to you in the event of a reservation cancellation.
If your reservation includes booking fees, please note that these fees are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel your reservation, we recommend doing so as soon as possible.
If you cancel your reservation 1 day before arrival, you will be charged the price of the first night, excluding additional services. In the event of a cancellation on the day of arrival or a no-show, you will be charged 100% of the total reservation price.
If you cancel your reservation and have paid the full amount or part of it online, the amount paid will be refunded to you after deduction of cancellation fees (with the exception of non-refundable offers).
The stated prices include VAT. Tourist or local fees may be charged upon arrival.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in (arrival time): from 14:00 – 22:00
Check-out (departure time): until 10:00
The room or apartment may be occupied from the stated arrival time. On the day of departure, the room or apartment must be vacated by the stated time at the latest. In case of a late departure, the price for an additional night may be charged.
We recommend using the "Notes or additional information" field in the booking form to specify your expected arrival time, especially if you are planning a late arrival.
Neither payment nor invoicing requires a deposit. A credit card number is required to guarantee the reservation, however the card will not be charged in advance.
A reservation can be cancelled by email or by phone. A change of stay dates (for example due to illness) is free of charge, subject to current availability.
